Too cold to skate

Cody Rock, 17, tries to see his breath while skating on Fulton St. in downtown Peoria with friends, from left, Justin Johnson, 17, Zach Bell, 18, and Tyler Noland, 20, on a chilly Sunday afternoon. The group was on their way back home to Canton after attending a party in Bloomington Saturday night and decided to stop in Peoria to skate and stretch their legs.
