She says the accident occurred as a direct result of being distracted by persistent sexual harassment by a co-worker and has filed suit against the company for not helping to remedy the situation. On Monday, the city began offering free two-hour parking in the lot across from Waterfront Place on Water Street. Parkin is pleased with the change.
