Dance Dance Dance
Rosemary Spitzbart, 80, enjoys a dance with Tom Fleck, 68, during the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Neighborly Care Network Lealman Adult Day Services Center in St. Petersburg. Neighborly opened the first adult day care in the nation in 1968 to provide clients with an alternative to being placed in nursing homes. The Lealman Center is one of four Adult Day Centers run by Neighborly Care in Florida. Both Spitzbart and Fleck are clients of the center. (Times photo by David Zentz)
