Dick McDonald scrambles to stop hundreds of escaped rubber duckies from flowing into the Illinois River after after they unexpectedly breached the final containment barrier during the 19th annual Duck Race held by the Center for Prevention of Abuse on the Peoria Riverfront Sunday afternoon.
