Brock Bitner, 18, is pulled from the woods by rescue workers after being trapped beneath a tractor that overturned on him while driving uphill out of the woods across the street from his house in Norwood Tuesday afternoon. He was conscious and alert when rescue crews found him. "He's very lucky. I kind of expected something worse," says Peoria County sheriff's Capt. David Briggs, who was on the scene.
