Bill Foster, 88, and Ruth Grenzow, 92, pose for a picture after being named prom king and queen at an "Old Hollywood"-themed senior prom hosted by Bradley University students in the Alpha Phi Omega and Sigma Phi Epselon fraternities at Independence Village in Peoria Thursday night. The event also included entertainment, dancing and dessert. Sarah Krepel, 21, the pledge service vice president for Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity, brought the idea to officials at the residential community, who were glad to help host.
