Ray Carpenter dances with Elizabeth Edelson during the Ms. Wheelchair Florida Pageant 2006 at the Hilton in St. Petersburg Saturday night. Edelson is the artistic director and founder of the Asher Dance Eclectic, a mixed-mobility dance company based in Tampa.
